There are two primary elements of health that we intend to deliver to our participants are REST and FOOD! And it is FOOD that we are the most excited about!


We have located the best "off-the-tourist path" sources of local foods, including fish, young coconut, avocado, loads of fruits and vegetables and free range lamb.






We will be eating three meals a day, according to your metabolic type that feature:
~Fresh Young Coconut, local
~Avocado, local
~Fresh Fish, very local
~Free Range Lamb, local too!
~Steamed vegetables (local, organic), including;
    ~Carrot
    ~Cauliflower
    ~Amaranth (leaves, not grain, like spinach)
    ~Green Beans and more...
~Eggs
~Super Food Smoothies (cacao, goji, maca, spirulina)
~Quinoa, Brown Rice and Amaranth
~Fruits (local), inlcuding;
    ~Mango, Papaya, Platanos, Banana, Passion Fruit
    ~Lychee fruit, Persimmon, Orange, Limes, Lemons
       ~We may even have the hook with fresh Noni-Noni!
~Mineral-rich Herbal decoctions of Pau D' Arco, Alfalfa, Nettles

The food will be the focus of our delivery of value to you, the participant on this journey. We will personally work with our team and the domestic staff to choose and prepare stellar, clean and nourishing meals each and every day.
